Advocate Lina Clifford Mfungo is a professiona Lawyer (advocate) with more than years’ experience in managing all aspects of law and cases handling. She has previously worked at Legal and Human Rights Centre and attorney general chambers as Intern in the areas of Civil Cases, Criminal Justice, Employment, Family and Children Rights, Gender, Land Matters, Conveyance and Real Estate.
She is a Visionary Leader and very confident lady. She is also an Advocate of the High Court and Courts subordinate thereto. She has experience working with Judiciary and Prosecutors in East Africa for more than 6 years now while working with an international organization to improve treatment of wildlife crimes and identifying priority needs in fighting wildlife crimes in East Africa and across the globe.
She has led several workshops, trainings with Judiciary, Prosecutors, and other stakeholders since 2015.
She holds Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from Mzumbe University, Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Law School of Tanzania and has received various certificates on case monitoring, human rights, gender, project management, arbitration etc.
She has extensive knowledge of East Africa trends, laws, procedures of in all areas of LCM practices.
She is also experienced and knowledgeable in Courts Representation, Leadership, Management, Corporate Governance, Board Competence, company registrations and compliances, migration laws, Community engagement and Project Management and Monitoring.
