A. LAND MATTERS, CONVEYANCE AND REAL ESTATE

Drafting and review of disposition and security documentation such as Lease, exchange, partition, sale agreements, transfer, grant, assignments, mortgage, discharge of mortgage, lien, charges, guarantees debenture chattels transfer and notice of deposit.

Drafting of change of ownership document as a result of order of the court or by operation of law, upon death of one of co-owner (survivor of joint owners) and of death registered owner (succession).

Drafting of caveat and injunction deeds to restrain illegal and unlawful disposition of land and property.
Conducting land search, title verification and conduct investigation of property ownership to ascertain legality of ownership.

Registration and formation of business names and private or public companies. Compliance services include updates of companies’ information; filling of annual returns; application for change of the

company’s name; debentures; transfer and allotments of shares.
Corporate secretarial services, insolvency, liquidation and winding up of the company.

Application for registration of trade and service marks, renewal and trade and service mark infringements.

Application for grant of laboratory and chemical permits.

Follow up procedures of export and import of goods and services.
Application for grant of Patent for invention in the field of technology related to product or process in accordance with the Patent Act.

Application for Registration of industry and industrial licenses.

Application for registration of mining license, compliance and regulatory procedures.

Drafting and review of legal agreement or contract such as suppliers’ agreement, joint ventures agreement, partnership deed, workers contract, etc.

Making legal follow up for any outstanding issues.

C. PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES

Drafting and custodian of wills, codicil and other related probate documents.

Representation on application for grant of probate and letter of administration.

Filling of caveat, application for revocation and annulment of grant of probate and letter of administration.

Creation of disputes resolution strategy in civil and criminal matter.

F. LABOUR LAW AND IMMIGRATION

Prepare and review employment contract and employee handbook and code of conduct.

Provide legal advice to employer on enforceability of the employments contract, rights and liabilities of employee and legal procedures for termination of employee.

Provide legal assistance to employee on employments benefits, complains for unlawful termination and employee rights.

Provide consultation and representation for disputes arise in respect of employment contract.

Provide legal assistance on application for work permit for foreigners (non – citizen) so that they can be allowed to engage in occupation for reward or profit.

Provide legal assistance on application for residence permit for foreigners (non- citizen) so that they can be allowed reside in Tanzania so that they can engage in occupation for reward or profit.
